At Veras Undies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but we also maintain strict hygiene standards to protect all our customers. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the items have been worn.

We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Be in their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If your order meets these conditions, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.


2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, full name, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if it qualifies.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the issue to confirm eligibility.
Once approved, we will offer one of the following options at no extra cost:

  • A replacement for the same item (if available)

  • A refund to your original payment method


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Underwear or lingerie that has been worn, opened, or tried on

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items marked as “final sale”


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you by email. If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us for further assistance.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at [add your email here].


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again. Then contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us directly.


8. Shipping Returns

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions by email.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
