All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship all orders via DHL.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the DHL website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Veras Undies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information and contact DHL directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
